Who is this program for?

The Nourished Woman Within is for women who are tired of trying to “fix” themselves and are ready to build a kinder, more trusting relationship with their body, food, emotions, and inner world.

This program is especially supportive if you:

You don’t need to be at a certain weight, stage of healing, or level of “readiness.” Curiosity is enough.

Is this a weight loss program?

No. This is not a weight loss program.

While changes in weight can happen for some women, that is not the goal or focus. This work centers on healing your relationship with food, your body, and yourself—because sustainable change comes from safety, trust, and nourishment, not control.

We focus on:

- Body respect

- Emotional nourishment

- Gentle structure (not restriction)

- Listening to your body instead of overriding it

Do I need experience with Inner Child work or healing?

Not at all.

This program meets you exactly where you are. Everything is explained in a grounded, accessible way—no prior therapy, coaching, or spiritual background required.

If you have done Inner Child work before, this often helps you integrate it more deeply into daily life, especially around food, movement, and self-care.

Is this therapy?

No. This program is educational and coaching-based, not therapy.

That said, it is trauma-informed and designed to feel emotionally safe and supportive. Many women find it deeply healing, but it does not replace individual therapy or mental health treatment.

You are always encouraged to work alongside a therapist if that is supportive for you.

How is this different from other nutrition or wellness programs?

Most programs focus on what to do.


This program focuses on why it’s been hard to do it.

How much time does this require each week?

The program is designed to fit into real life.

On average:

- 60–90 minutes per week for core content

- Optional reflections, practices, and integrations you can choose based on your capacity

This is not about doing more—it’s about doing what actually matters.

What if I'm afraid of what might come up emotionally?

That fear makes sense.

This program is paced intentionally and grounded in safety. You are never pushed to relive trauma or go deeper than you’re ready for. The focus is on awareness, choice, and self-trust, not emotional overwhelm.

If something does arise, it’s approached gently and at your pace. Often, what comes up is simply asking to be noticed, not fixed or forced—and meeting it with curiosity instead of avoidance is where healing begins.

Is this program inclusive of all body sizes?

Yes! Explicitly.

This is a weight-inclusive, body-neutral space. You do not need to change your body to be worthy of nourishment, healing, or care.

The work is about reconnecting with your body, not correcting it.

What if I’ve tried many programs and nothing has worked?

Many women arrive here feeling skeptical, and that’s welcome.

This program isn’t asking you to believe harder or try harder. It invites you to listen differently, relate differently, and nourish differently.

Sometimes nothing worked because nothing addressed the root.

What kind of support is included?
